• Own the full-cycle global recruitment process.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping and outreach.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Work with hiring managers and senior leaders to create exceptional search.
• Provide market intelligence, salary insight and candidate availability data.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously across different levels and locations.

Essential:

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment a fast-paced global company.
• Experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Fast learner and ability to identify strong candidates for each discipline.
• Experience using the latest and most advanced resourcing tools.
