Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers with a warm, professional welcome
- Conduct hearing screenings and pre-clinic checks
- Support hearing aid maintenance, aftercare, and troubleshooting
- Assist Audiologists with clinic flow and client preparation
- Explain hearing health options and next steps to customers
- Manage appointments, admin tasks, and customer records accurately
- Deliver a high-quality, customer-centric service
Key requirements
- GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science
- Strong customer focus and performance
- Ability to balance academic study with clinical practice
- Solid customer-service background (healthcare or retail ideal)
- Confidence in consulting with customers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Genuine interest in hearing health and progression into audiology
