In this role you will join a leading national law firm’s respected Construction & Engineering disputes team in Bristol, handling high-value disputes across energy, utilities, transport and infrastructure. You will advise on litigation, adjudication and arbitration, including TCC matters, and support clients through project lifecycles. Responsibilities

• Advise on construction-related litigation, adjudication and arbitration
• Act on disputes in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC)
• Manage adjudications and expert determinations
• Provide strategic troubleshooting across project lifecycles
• Work on domestic and international arbitration matters
• Support clients on major infrastructure and energy projects
• Collaborate with partners and a growing national team
• Deliver high-quality, complex and commercially minded legal advice

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in contentious construction disputes
• Experience handling complex and high-value matters
• Strong understanding of adjudication, arbitration and TCC litigation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied and demanding caseload
• Motivation, commercial awareness and willingness to learn
• Experience supervising junior colleagues and contributing to business development
• SRA registration
