Compliance Lead, Technology Consulting

Overview

In this Compliance Lead role, you will operationalise Credera’s ISO certifications and Health & Safety obligations. You’ll work with system owners and UK leadership to keep documentation current, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement. You are the organised, proactive catalyst who keeps certification processes running smoothly across a global context. You will grow into broader governance by coordinating with our Omnicom-wide capabilities. This is a hands-on, developmental position with a clear impact on assurance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update management system operations across ISO-based frameworks (Quality, Environmental, Achillies and Service) to stay audit-ready
• Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and improvement opportunities with accurate logs
• Coordinate annual audit calendar, prepare prerequisites, and support audit readiness across system owners
• Manage relationships with audit partners and generate reporting packs for management reviews
• Stay informed on standards changes and translate them into best practices for the management systems
• Establish governance for new certifications and leverage Omnicom Group capabilities when pursuing them
• Coordinate health & safety activities (risk assessments, records, training logs, incident reporting) and ensure compliance
• Support staff training and awareness to embed quality, environmental and safety culture
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to meet training obligations and reporting
• Engage with the global parent company to streamline audit operations and gather required evidence

Key requirements

• Experience with ISO management systems, specifically 9001, 14001 or 20000
• Strong organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple workstreams and document trails
• Clear written and verbal communication across all business levels
• Exposure to internal auditing, or willingness to undertake internal/lead auditor training
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to learn unfamiliar standards
• Comfortable working in a global organisation with a US-headquartered parent
