Overview

As Senior Product Manager at Publicis Sapient, you shape ETRM product strategy for energy traders, partnering with clients to drive measurable business value. You collaborate with client leads and engineering teams to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and user stories, enabling rapid, iterative delivery. You guide Lean and Agile transformations to improve value delivery and customer experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to articulate business goals and value pools to shape transformative product propositions
• Develop solution hypotheses and validate through user testing
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap with well-defined user stories and features
• Set objective product goals using KPIs and measurable business outcomes
• Design digital transformation initiatives applying Lean and Agile practices
• Present technology-based solutions in workshops and manage stakeholder expectations
• Serve as primary contact for requirements, dependencies, issues, and risks with onshore/offshore teams
• Mentor and guide junior Product Analysts to improve product delivery and outcomes

Key requirements

• 5+ years in delivering complex solutions in the ETRM space
• Experience in energy & commodities industry
• Hands-on experience implementing Endur ETRM package
• Solid understanding of end-to-end processes in physical commodities, trading or banking
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and obtain stakeholder buy-in
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Lean/continuous delivery principles
