Associate Director – Project Management – Energy Infrastructure

Overview

As an Associate Director, you will help deliver high-profile infrastructure and energy programmes, guiding multi-discipline teams and advising clients. You’ll lead on strategy, risk and delivery across complex projects, while mentoring the next generation of project managers. Your work supports our low carbon and clean energy initiatives, helping clients navigate challenging environments. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors and clients across infrastructure or energy projects through the lifecycle
• Set and uphold high performance standards, ensuring delivery meets stakeholder expectations
• Lead health, safety and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility (CDM aware)
• Anticipate client challenges and craft innovative, sustainable solutions
• Foster a one business mindset and cross-organisational collaboration with TT and clients
• Coach, mentor and develop colleagues and nurture emerging talent
• Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners
• Develop and grow client and industry partnerships

Key requirements

• Significant experience in managing complex infrastructure or energy projects across lifecycle
• Proven ability to set strategy, challenge and lead delivery
• Strong leadership and resource management skills
• Practical understanding of CDM and its application across teams
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and deliver solutions
