Overview
In this role you will support the acute stroke service at Fairfield Hospital as part of a multidisciplinary stroke team within the Northern Care Alliance. You will provide in-patient and outpatient stroke care with autonomy while reporting to clinical leads. You will contribute to advanced stroke treatments (thrombolysis, thrombectomy) and participate in on-call arrangements to ensure service coverage. The position offers opportunities to lead junior staff and work across sites to meet waiting list targets and quality standards. - MRCP UK
- Extensive knowledge of Stroke Medicine and related specialties
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current UK professional registration
- Experience in Stroke Medicine with cross-disciplinary awareness
