Overview

In this FP&A-focused role, you will deliver and explain the Enterprise margin performance for Vodafone Three, linking financial data with operational insights. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to challenge plans, produce executive dashboards, and drive scenario planning. The role sits in Corporate/FP&A, supporting strategic decisions and ensuring IFRS-compliant, efficient processes. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with hybrid working and a strong focus on data storytelling and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, forecast and budget outputs for Enterprise margin performance
• Bridge financial data with operational performance to inform strategic decisions
• Partner with Enterprise cross-functional leaders to challenge and explain plans
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards and presentations with data storytelling
• Support strategic initiatives with financial advice, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
• Lead deep-dive analyses on Revenue and Direct Costs and provide actionable insights
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance
• Ensure internal controls and IFRS compliance while driving process improvements

Key requirements

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified
• Experience partnering with director-level stakeholders
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent financial acumen and commercial awareness
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting and data analysis
