Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and regulatory advice
• Handle public procurement and subsidy control work
• Conduct due diligence on major transactions

Key requirements

• Qualify as a Solicitor in England & Wales by September 2026
• Seats in Projects, Commercial, Banking & Finance, Corporate (M&A) or Construction (desirable)
