Responsibilities

• manage a varied caseload of rural and residential property matters
• handle agricultural land and estate transactions
• conduct high-value acquisitions and disposals
• perform non-contentious rural property work
• liaise with private clients, financial institutions, and professional advisers
• support business development and client relationship initiatives
• maintain high professional standards and compliance

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in property law, ideally with rural or agricultural experience
• strong technical and drafting skills across conveyancing and commercial property
