Overview
In this role you will safeguard the accuracy and integrity of lending portfolio reporting, driving robust controls and efficient processes. You’ll work closely with finance, operations, risk and external auditors to ensure transparent governance and timely reporting. The position is suited to a motivated professional in a fast-growing fintech bank who can elevate reporting quality and reduce manual effort through automation. You’ll contribute to scalable, compliant financial reporting that supports regulatory needs and management insights. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate loan balances, repayments and amortisation schedules
- Reconcile loan ledger entries and classify assets correctly
- Calculate and report interest income, accruals, and amortisation using EIR
- Ensure revenue recognition aligns with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports for regulatory and internal management use
- Manage fee schedules related to third-party lending products
- Support implementation and integration of new products
- Support BBB claim management
- Assist external audits and internal control activities
Key requirements
- 2-3 years post ACCA/ACA qualified
- Experience in banking or financial services
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends, anomalies or risks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and reporting cycles
- Collaborates effectively with finance, operations, risk and external auditors
