Overview

As Account Executive at One Green Bean in London, you support senior leads in delivering integrated PR, social, and content campaigns for consumer brands. You’ll be the organisational backbone, ensuring smooth delivery, proactive client servicing, and learning from experienced practitioners. You’ll contribute to client meetings, assist with press materials and media outreach, and help shape creative work with a test-and-learn mindset. This role offers hands-on development in a fast-paced, culture-focused agency and a path to become indispensable to the team.

Responsibilities

  • Support senior account leads in managing client relationships with clear, proactive communication
  • Understand client businesses, growth targets and objectives
  • Grow relationships with clients and partners by being polite, timely, accurate, and helpful
  • Attend and contribute to client meetings with insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate on decks with meaningful actions to keep client plans up to date
  • Anticipate team needs for meetings and present a united front to clients
  • Be flexible with workload priorities based on business and client needs
  • Own timelines, status updates, and workflow across teams to keep projects on track
  • Contribute to press materials, track coverage, manage media lists, and support outreach for earned-first campaigns
  • Seek better ways of working and stay solutions-oriented
  • Demonstrate writing adaptability for different tones and styles across audiences and channels
  • Develop a black book of media contacts
  • Monitor trends and cultural shifts to shape modern, fluent work
  • Identify reactive PR opportunities and flag cultural insights
  • Read and share learnings across the agency beyond daily newspapers
  • Learn client industries and market trends to become a sponge for insights
  • Compile campaign reports, social metrics, and insights to guide optimisation
  • Exercise good judgement in daily decisions and keep administrative tasks precise
  • Keep an eye on competitors and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the PR team across accounts and initiatives
  • Manage external vendors where necessary
  • Contribute to a positive working culture
  • Use AI tools to enhance daily tasks and client performance
  • Bring fresh thinking to brainstorms and client proposals

Key requirements

  • 0-2 years’ experience in PR, communications, social media or related agency environment (or relevant internship experience)
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns across PR, social and content
  • Familiarity with media monitoring tools and social media platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant timekeeping and punctuality
