Technical Delivery Manager

Overview

In this role you steer the end-to-end delivery of product initiatives and platform features within Aristocrat’s iGaming ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, and Operations to ensure on-time, high-quality releases that align with business priorities. You’ll navigate dependencies, risks, and regulatory considerations to drive accountable delivery at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping complex software programs in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of product and technology projects from planning to launch and operational transition
• Align delivery plans with business priorities through collaboration with Product, Engineering, Architects, and Technical Leads
• Drive roadmap execution and actively manage dependencies to meet delivery milestones
• Facilitate planning, sprint execution, release readiness, and cross-team coordination
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation actions to maintain predictable outcomes
• Maintain focus on quality, scalability, performance, and operational readiness throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate release scheduling and deployment activities across multiple teams and products
• Manage cross-functional dependencies related to environments, integrations, certifications, and third-party services
• Support release governance, including change management and readiness reviews
• Ensure safe and consistent production releases with minimal operational impact
• Provide clear program visibility on status, achievements, risks, and delivery performance

Key requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or related roles
• Proven track record delivering complex software products and platform capabilities in Agile environments
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, release management, and product delivery practices
• Experience coordinating multiple delivery teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Experience coordinating dependencies across large-scale programs and technology initiatives
• Familiarity with regulated environments or enterprise software development is desirable
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
• Strong delivery leadership and execution focus
• Excellent planning and dependency management skills
