Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of agricultural and rural property matters
• Handle sale and purchase transactions including strategic land development and secured lending
• Build and maintain relationships with farmers, landowners and agri-businesses
• Liaise with clients, agents and other professionals
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
• Maintain high professional standards and compliance

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in agricultural or rural property law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Commercial awareness and ability to support clients through legislative and market changes
