Responsibilities

• Residential development acquisitions and disposals
• Strategic land transactions (promotion and option agreements)
• Affordable housing acquisitions and disposals
• Conditional contracts and development agreements
• Overage arrangements and easements
• Title due diligence and site set-up work
• Supporting clients through the full development lifecycle

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial real estate
• Strong experience in residential development, strategic land or development-led property transactions
• Experience advising developers, landowners, housebuilders or registered providers (advantageous)
• Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
• Genuine interest in business development and client relationship management
• Collaborative mindset with ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally
