Managing Director

Overview

As Managing Director you will assume full leadership and P&L responsibility for a c.£20m construction products business backed by a European manufacturer. You will drive profitable growth, refine the value-added offering, and shape the company’s structure and capability while developing an experienced management team. You’ll cultivate key relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers, and lead the business to broaden market reach and margin. This is a strategic, hands-on opportunity with significant impact on growth and value creation.

Responsibilities
