Overview
As a Real Estate Lawyer in Plymouth, you will manage high-value property matters end-to-end, advising on developments, acquisitions, disposals, and landlord/tenant issues for major clients. You join a busy, national real estate group with a collaborative, inclusive culture and strong client base. You will mentor junior teammates, contribute to business development, and help grow the Plymouth presence within the Southwest. This is a growth-focused role with clear progression in a respected national platform.

Responsibilities
- Run property transactions from start to finish
- Provide high-quality technical and commercial advice
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support development of the local market presence
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to business development and strategic initiatives
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE
- Extensive experience in high-quality real estate work from regional or City firm
- Confident advising landlords and/or tenants on property portfolios
- Experience in real estate finance (preferred)
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
