Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality scientific and medical content for a range of healthcare communication projects
- Translate complex clinical and scientific data into clear, engaging materials for different audiences
- Lead writing assignments from briefing through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards
- Collaborate with account, strategy, creative and scientific colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions
- Review and interpret scientific literature, clinical trial data and other evidence to support content development
- Provide scientific expertise and editorial guidance throughout project lifecycles to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Build trusted client relationships and contribute to discussions that enhance project outcomes and innovation
Key requirements
- Experience in medical writing within a healthcare communications agency, pharmaceutical company or related environment
- Strong understanding of scientific research, clinical data interpretation and evidence-based communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style for different audiences
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate, compliant, high-quality work
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Collaborative mindset and confidence working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
