Scrum Master

Overview

In this role you enable fast, secure delivery in a rapidly evolving cyber landscape by coaching teams in Agile practices and facilitating Scrum events. You will partner with cross-functional teams to reduce threats and drive value-driven delivery, while benefiting from strong support and ongoing development. The role blends hands-on facilitation with culture-building to foster experimentation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will contribute to a mission-critical environment where secure, iterative delivery is central to success.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and team health checks
• Promote and embed Agile principles across teams
• Coach resistant team members toward true Agility
• Define value and coach teams to break work down for value
• Identify and remove impediments, creatively when needed
• Help teams mature their Agile practices
• Foster a safe space for experimentation, learning from failures
• Empower teams to solve problems
• Support Product Owner with backlog prioritisation and vision
• Advise on Agile practices across the wider organisation
• Champion best practices and continuous improvement

Key requirements

• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Knowledge of Agile fundamentals
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and share practices
• Interest in latest technology trends and software development models
• Ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
