Overview

In this role, you will join a growing Cardiff corporate team to handle a range of transactional and advisory matters. You will work closely with senior lawyers on major deals, manage your own matters with supervision, and help build client relationships. The position offers exposure to high-quality corporate work within a national network, contributing to Cardiff office growth and the firm’s ambitious expansion. Responsibilities

• Mergers and acquisitions and other transactional work
• Private equity and investment transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements and governance matters
• Joint ventures and commercial arrangements
• Support senior lawyers on complex, high-value deals
• Manage your own matters with supervision
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development

Key requirements

• Around 3 years PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Confidence managing transactions and communicating with clients
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong teamwork skills in a busy office
