Overview

In this role you lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, guiding teams to design, shape and deliver major programmes for clients. You will engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, applying a mix of consulting know‑how, industry insight and delivery practices to address portfolio and change challenges. You’ll mentor teams, contribute to business development, and help establish Deloitte’s approach to large-scale transformation. Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programmes and portfolios from strategy through delivery
• Engage senior stakeholders, including C-suite, as a subject‑matter expert on programme leadership
• Apply consulting and industry knowledge to address portfolio, programme and change management challenges
• Direct teams across Deloitte, clients and partners to deliver complex client programmes
• Lead business development and contribute to proposals and account planning
• Contribute to internal practice development and knowledge sharing
• Demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills across stakeholders

Key requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in large transformation programmes
• Programme design and delivery including delivery models, outcomes mapping and governance
• Programme controls, risk management and operational readiness
• Executive level engagement and recovery planning experience
• Industry knowledge and patterns in programme leadership
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience leading digitally-enabled or hybrid delivery approaches
