Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters
  • Handle telecommunications disputes and Telecommunications Code issues
  • Advocate on break clause disputes
  • Manage rights of light cases
  • Deal with breach of covenant, misrepresentation and breach of contract matters
  • Handle frustration and option disputes
  • Address commercial landlord and tenant issues
  • Advise public bodies, corporate occupiers, investors, landlords, and developers
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex cases while also managing independent matters

Key requirements

  • 5+ years PQE in real estate litigation (other levels may be considered)
  • Experience in telecommunications disputes and knowledge of the Telecommunications Code (highly desirable)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing complex matters independently and collaboratively
