Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians
• Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across multiple sectors
• Oversee S278 highways schemes, S38 works, and drainage designs
• Engage in business development and build lasting client relationships
• Maintain technical oversight while driving strategic growth and project delivery

Key requirements

• Proven experience in private sector consultancy
• Strong technical knowledge of highways design (S278/S38) and drainage
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management experience
• Track record in business development and building client trust
• Chartered or working toward chartership (MICE or similar)
