Business Analyst

Overview

In this Business Analyst role at Barclays, you will identify business needs and translate them into effective solutions in collaboration with stakeholders across Payments and Digital Assets. You will support business cases, feasibility studies, and change delivery, helping ensure projects stay on time and within budget. You will shape operational and process designs while embedding solutions through change management. This position emphasizes collaboration, risk awareness, and delivering value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze business problems and requirements that trigger change
• Develop business requirements to address problems and opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs
• Support creation of business cases and feasibility studies
• Produce project progress reports to track delivery
• Create operational and process designs within scope
• Support change management including traceability for successful implementation

Key requirements

• Strong Payments domain expertise within Banking or Financial Services
• Business analysis experience including requirements gathering, user stories, and backlog management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
