Overview
In this Head of Practice Development role, you will lead strategic practice improvement within Adult Social Care. You join a new leadership cohort tasked with shaping service design and driving lasting improvements for York’s residents. You will work across systems, build partnerships and develop collective leadership to modernise services and strengthen prevention.
