In this hands-on leadership role, you own and shape Radius’s data platforms, delivering scalable data solutions that power decision-making across the global organization. You will lead architectural direction while mentoring a growing team and influencing data strategy within Group Data Services & Reporting. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex data pipelines and data models at scale
• Guide technical direction across data engineering projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
• Drive the development of a scalable data platform including AI/ML-ready architecture
• Establish best practices for data governance, quality, and security

Key requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments
• Hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools across cloud platforms
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to shape solutions from ambiguity
