Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of property-related disputes
• Conduct pre-action risk and asset management activities
• Handle commercial and complex residential property disputes
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and contested litigation
• Collaborate with dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate teams
• Maintain high professional standards and regulatory compliance
• Support dealings with banks, investment companies, and high net worth individuals

Key requirements

• 3+ years PQE in high-quality commercial litigation (High Court or arbitration bodies)
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage a complex and varied workload
• Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
