SAP LeanIX, Signavio S/4HANA Consultant – London, UK

Overview

In this role you will lead SAP S/4HANA transformations and architecture within Infosys’ SAP practice. You will drive end-to-end implementations, guide client engagements, and ensure delivery excellence across Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid projects. You’ll architect the integrated ecosystem of LeanIX, Signavio and SAP CALM to create a single source of truth, map business processes to IT landscapes, and advance digital adoption. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on transformation outcomes and client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solutions across end-to-end implementations and transformation programs
• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 through execution (Greenfield/Brownfield/Hybrid S/4HANA)
• Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps and transformation strategies
• Architect the integrated ecosystem LeanIX, Signavio, and SAP CALM for a single source of truth
• Operationalize business architecture by mapping Signavio processes to LeanIX landscapes
• Lead Clean Core project execution, including requirements, testing, and deployments in SAP CALM
• Design and deploy WalkMe DAP solutions to achieve high user proficiency
• Optimize automation and data flow between LeanIX, Signavio, and CALM to reduce manual effort
• Represent Infosys in client meetings with professional and interpersonal skills
• Stay current with SAP innovations and contribute to knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud CALM
• Hands-on SAP consulting experience
• Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations
• Exposure to at least two S/4HANA project types (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid)
• Experience in transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities
• Proficiency in SAP toolchain usage or administration
• Valid SAP certification in relevant skill areas
• Strong client-facing skills with middle-management engagement ability
• Proven ability to build solution proposals and accurately estimate efforts
