Overview

In VodafoneThree’s Field Engineering team, you’ll install, commission, maintain, and support fixed and mobile networks and business solutions. You’ll work safely on site, often solo, while communicating professionally with customers and seeking process improvements. The role blends hands-on field work with cross-functional collaboration to keep our network reliable and scalable. You’ll contribute to a mission of connecting communities and enabling digital progress, at pace.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and repair network equipment to quality standards
• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance and support across fixed and mobile networks
• Work safely on infrastructure, adhering to HSE rules and procedures
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to improve processes and outcomes
• Be flexible with hours, travel, and 24/7 callout/shift patterns as required by the business

Key requirements

• Formal telecoms/electronic qualification or equivalent experience
• Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
• Valid full UK/EU driving license (Category B)
• Ability to achieve and maintain SC clearance status
• Advanced Climber / Tower Rescue Certification and health assessments per MATS guidance
