Procurement Practice Manager

Overview

In this role you will shape and implement the HR and Professional Services strategy for the EMEA region within Accenture’s Global Procurement, aligning with global goals and regional needs. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, lead supplier strategy efforts, and support global and regional initiatives that enable delivery excellence. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive value, innovation, and compliant procurement processes at scale.

Responsibilities

• Set and implement Market & MU HR and Professional Services strategy aligned with global goals
• Coordinate global/regional HR and PS strategy execution for EMEA projects
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, demand management, analytics, and market information for HR and PS
• Lead community coordination and knowledge sharing across HR and PS MU Leads
• Monitor HR and PS contract coverage and regional spend at EMEA level
• Promote use of Global or Regional Strategic Providers and manage supplier relationships
• Support development of global end-to-end procurement process, templates and tools
• Manage HR and PS MU community, and lead a 7-Market Unit Category Lead team
• Design and develop RFPs in line with global/regional strategies; conduct multi-country supplier negotiations
• Support Global V&A Process and IT Skills knowledge projects for EMEA delivery teams
• Ensure alignment with local regulations, Accenture policies, and compliance
• Participate in HR and PS regional/global sessions to foster team cohesiveness
• Provide analytics-driven insights and reporting for the HR and PS pillar in EMEA

Key requirements

• Deep experience in HR and Professional Services procurement and talent sourcing
• Proven track record in sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management
• Strong understanding of HR and PS industry and procurement processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to forecast job demand and strategic workforce considerations (e.g., AI skills)
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor or Master level degree with relevant professional background
• Willingness to travel within EMEA and globally
• Experience in managing multi-country procurement efforts and cross-functional collaboration
