Real Estate Solicitor – MK / Bham / East Mids

Overview

In this Real Estate Solicitor role you will handle a predominantly real estate caseload for household-name clients across the UK. You will join a specialist team supporting brewers, pub companies, restaurants, hotel groups and leisure brands, contributing to complex property-led and operator-specific matters. The position sits within a national firm with hybrid working and collaboration with experienced partners. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, development, lettings and portfolio re-gears, plus day-to-day estate management. Responsibilities

• Freehold and leasehold site acquisitions and disposals, development and pre-let arrangements, and portfolio re-gears
• Day to day estate management (L&T, licences, variations, easements and ancillary agreements)

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE
• interest in drinks, hospitality and leisure sector
• awareness of operator-specific issues (TUPE, TOGC, capital allowances and licensing/regulatory considerations) with specialist support as needed
