Overview

In this role you will drive expansion within a mid-market book, balancing upsells, new entities, and product capabilities. You’ll build deep stakeholder relationships to uncover strategic initiatives and whitespace opportunities. Using MEDDICC, you’ll qualify opportunities to maintain forecast accuracy and speed. You will showcase product value, craft business cases, and lead multi-threaded commercial conversations across finance, procurement, and operations to deepen platform adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and close expansion opportunities within your book (upsells, new entities, teams, product capabilities)
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand strategic initiatives and uncover whitespace
  • Apply MEDDICC or similar to qualify opportunities for forecast accuracy and deal velocity
  • Showcase new features, integrations, and workflows to drive adoption and value for upsells
  • Create proposals and business cases quantifying value and aligning with budgets
  • Collaborate with senior finance, procurement, and operations to land multi-threaded expansions
  • Lead commercial conversations to ensure terms reflect value delivered
  • Use customer stories, usage data, and ROI to pitch new functionality and deepen adoption

Key requirements

  • Value-based selling and consultative approach
  • Contract negotiations and building business cases linking features to value
  • Strong understanding of qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC)
  • Problem-solving with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Data-driven forecasting and accuracy
  • Commercial acumen and stakeholder navigation
  • Background in SaaS Account Management or Customer Growth with proven expansion revenue
  • Fluency in English
