Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end customer journeys for web and mobile
  • Translate insights into intuitive solutions emphasizing accessibility
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
  • Conduct user research including interviews and usability testing
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure implementation and iteration
  • Contribute to design systems and reusable components
  • Partner with Service Design and Analytics to align decisions with customer needs and data
  • Champion design practices and raise product design maturity
  • Support growth of the Design Centre of Excellence through learning and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

  • Experience as Product Designer, UX Designer or UX/UI Designer within digital product teams
  • Strong UX thinking with visual design skills
  • Experience designing for web and mobile apps
  • Proficient in sketches, wireframes, prototypes and design documentation
  • Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Analysts
  • Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Delivery-focused mindset with emphasis on customer impact
