Solution Engineer – Insurance & Asset Management

Overview

In this role you will bridge business and technical audiences to demonstrate the value of Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud, engage with executives and technical teams, and drive adoption through demos, POCs, and design/implementation support. You’ll work closely with sales and partners to navigate complex deals and accelerate progress in dynamic environments. The role combines hands-on technical storytelling with strategic positioning to shape customer outcomes. You will contribute to product and marketing alignment while staying ahead of evolving AI and data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Present Snowflake technology and AI Data Cloud vision to executives and technical stakeholders
• Demonstrate value across the sales cycle from demo to proof of concept to implementation
• Stay informed about competitive technologies and position Snowflake accordingly
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products and messaging
• Engage with customers to navigate winning sales cycles and enable enterprise adoption
• Support enterprise Proofs of Concepts and design-oriented implementations

Key requirements

• Broad experience with data platforms, analytics, and cloud technologies
• Proven ability to discuss and demonstrate Generative AI and ML use cases for enterprises
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM ecosystems (RAG, LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch) and deployment of LLMs
• Familiarity with data modeling, governance, and data engineering best practices
• Hands-on expertise with Python and SQL
• Outstanding presenting skills and executive presence
