Interim Treasury Manager

I am exclusively partnered with a PE backed Unicorn FinTech, who are experiencing hyper-growth phases after successfully introducing a new-range of products for their customer base.

We are now looking for an Interim Treasury Manager to support the Director of Treasury for a 6 month contract where you will take ownership of Treasury, Liquidity, Forecasting and Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the organisation’s treasury forecasting and liquidity planning processes across both short and longer-term horizons
• Manage and update the forecasting, models and methodologies to support effective treasury planning
• Provide commercial analysis to support business growth, new initiatives and strategic decision-making
• Lead the liquidity and capital management across multiple entities, currencies and wider areas of the business
• Provide recommendations on appropriate liquidity levels, funding requirements and capital allocation whilst delivering on monthly and quarterly treasury management reporting
• Monitor, assess and manage foreign exchange and interest rate exposures across a multi-currency environment
• Develop, implement and oversee appropriate hedging strategies and risk management. Work closely with banking and external financial partners to optimise transaction execution.
• Partner with Finance and wider commercial/operational teams to assess the treasury implications of new products, initiatives and business opportunities
• Support senior decision-making through details scenario analysis, sensitivity modelling and forward-looking financial insight

About You:

• Strong Treasury experience with over 6 years experience within liquidity, capital management and forecasting/planning
• Experience within Financial Services, with a strong preference in PE/BC backed scale-up environments
• Excellent knowledge of cash forecasting, capital management, financial risk management and related regulatory requirements
• Able to work in fast-paced environments and excellent communicator with experience in dealing with challenging stakeholders
