Senior Product Manager

We’re hiring for a fast-growing Capital Markets Fintech business that’s built AI deep into its platform, helping clients work more efficiently and stay compliant. They’re looking for a Senior PM to take charge of a product area from strategy through to delivery.

The role:

• Own the direction and priorities for your product area, from planning through to launch
• Turn client and stakeholder input into requirements the engineering team can act on
• Run product demos and launch activity to build usage and engagement
• Work alongside sales and account teams to uncover new revenue opportunities
• Contribute to broader initiatives across the product team and support junior colleagues

What they’re looking for:

• Strong background as a Senior PM, managing more than one product simultaneously
• Experience building roadmaps linked to clear business and customer goals
• Confident applying prioritisation frameworks to guide decision-making
• Strong skills in writing requirements — user stories, wireframes, acceptance criteria
• B2B SaaS experience with a good understanding of enterprise sales and renewals
• Background in capital markets, financial services or fintech required
• Some experience with AI-related product features

Nice to have:

ProductBoard, Figma, Salesforce admin skills, or scale-up SaaS experience.
