Senior Facilities Manager — Property & Safety Lead

Quilter is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead the Property & Security function in Southampton, overseeing vendor partnerships, hard and soft services, and safety compliance across UK&I properties. You will drive capital works, manage budgets, and ensure high service standards in line with Quilter’s values.

The role reports to the Head of Facilities Management and Health and Safety, offering a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery in a large wealth management environment.
