- Fi is looking for a Strategic Finance Associate to deliver strategic and analytical insight, support investor communications, and drive ROI-positive initiatives as the company scales
- You’ll work closely with Fi’s leadership team to equip the business with the models, data, and financial rigor needed to guide decision-making and evaluate new opportunities
- This role offers real ownership and visibility, with the chance to apply deep financial analysis, sound judgment, and creativity to meaningful problems inside a fast-growing, investor-backed company
- Own and maintain Fi’s sales forecasts, financial models, and unit economics to support high-stakes decision-making
- Partner with the Data team to define, analyze, and report core business KPIs and key drivers of consumer behavior
- Prepare clear, decision-ready reporting for leadership and investors
- Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy, alignment, and clarity across the business
- Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, capital allocation decisions, and scaling efforts, bringing financial rigor to the company’s highest-impact opportunities
