Traveling Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nurse)

Barchester Healthcare seeks a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region, managing and developing teams within multiple care homes to deliver high-quality care for residents.

You will lead in the General Manager’s absence, drive clinical standards, audits, and regulatory compliance, and support preceptorship for new nurses. A registered nurse with NMC registration and teaching qualifications is required.
