Youth Housing & Empowerment Support Worker

Depaul UK is seeking a Young People Support Worker in South Tyneside. You will empower young people facing homelessness to build confidence, independence and move toward education, employment and brighter futures.

You’ll manage a caseload, create tailored support plans and assess risk to support wellbeing and housing outcomes. This full-time, permanent role involves liaising with partner agencies, collaborating with internal teams, and supervising volunteers.
