Adult Social Worker – Hybrid (Mental Health & Care Plans)

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking an experienced Adult Social Worker to join a Community Mental Health Team. The role focuses on supporting vulnerable adults, developing and reviewing care plans, and conducting Mental Capacity Act, Care Act 2014 assessments, and safeguarding enquiries.

The role offers hybrid working with up to three days from home and two days in the office. A recognised Social Work qualification and post-qualification experience are required.
