Senior Property Services Lead, Assets & Repairs (Hybrid)

Albyn Housing Society in Invergordon is seeking a Senior Property Services Officer – Assets and Repairs to help maintain our homes to a high standard and deliver value for money. You will work with the Property Services Manager and senior colleagues to drive repairs performance and monitor budgets.

The role includes developing planned investment programmes, managing contractor performance, and line managing some team members.
