Social Worker – Homelessness & Housing Support

Coventry City Council’s Housing and Homelessness Service is seeking a Social Worker to undertake Care Act assessments, develop strengths-based reviews, manage a complex caseload and create outcome-focused support plans for adults with care and support needs.
