Desktop Technician — Flexible IT Support for Staff

The British Library at St Pancras is seeking a proactive Desktop Technician to join the Digital Workspace team. You will provide first and second-line desktop support to staff, ensuring reliable technology services across the library.

You will install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and mobile devices, log incidents, and work with colleagues to continually improve service delivery while delivering excellent customer service.
