What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
• Acting as a positive role model and trusted adult
• Helping students regulate emotions and engage in learning
• Delivering one-to-one and small-group support
• Encouraging participation, confidence, and personal development
• Using creativity and initiative to support individual learning needs
