Youth Empowerment Lead – South Wales (Hybrid)

Crimestoppers seeks a Fearless Youth Coordinator to lead the delivery of its Fearless and Bystander Approach programmes across South Wales. You will work directly with young people to address issues such as violence and crime, and to empower safer decisions and reporting of crime.

The role focuses on safeguarding, collaboration and community engagement, with hybrid working across sites in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, Bridgend and Merthyr, and a fixed-term contract until March 2027. DBS required.
