Service Desk Technician
£28, 063 per annum
This will be a full-time role of 37 hours a per week, Monday – Friday.

Requirements:
- Customer service experience in an IT support environment.
- Excellent knowledge of a broad range of IT systems and software.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem analysis.
- Confidence and initiative to solve problems independently.
- Ability to quickly assimilate new ideas and embrace technology changes.
We provide further training on product knowledge and digital skills.
