Hybrid Customer Service Advisor – Insurance (Commercial)

Howden Group in Cheltenham is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for Commercial & Schemes. This role is heavily phone-based, handling enquiries and processing policy administration while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

During training, you will work in the office full-time. Once trained, you’ll move to a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Full training provided to support your insurance career.
