Details:

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to work closely with the Director of Maintenance to maintain a high-end residential building complex by preforming repairs and improvements as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders as requested by residents
• Wood Flooring and/or wallpaper replacement
• Paint/paint touch up
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing
• Conduct move-out inspections
• Minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting skills

Required:

• Experienced with; Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and painting skills
• 1-3 years’ experience in facility or apartment building maintenance or related
• Experienced with hand tools, power tools, volt meters, apartment building maintenance
• Experience with painting and prep work
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs
• Must be able to work a rotational on call schedule
• Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate verbally with tenants, management and co-workers
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail and thoroughness
