Property Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and leading lettings agency in Central Bristol, with the appointment of an experienced Property Manager to join their long-term lettings team.

This is a fantastic and hands-on opportunity, for an individual with prior property management experience to take ownership of their own portfolio, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing a mixture of professional properties andstudent properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlord and all tenants
• Monitoring, reporting, and resolving maintenance issues with all relevant parties
• Organising certifications to ensure full compliance across the portfolio
• Conducting scheduled property visits and compiling detailed reports
• Completing property inventories, check-outs, and inspections
• Handling tenancy contract renewals
• Managing deposit returns, including disputes and negotiations

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• At least 1-2+ years property management experience in a hands-on, fast paced environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant property legislation
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

• Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends)
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of service, plus up to an extra 3 days for no sick days
